What's the difference between Client, Prospect and Intermediation?
A Client is a player you represent. A Prospect is one you want to represent. Intermediation is a player you don't represent but want to do a deal with.
What does “On watch” mean?
The players you mark to follow closely, up to 15. They're the ones that go into the wiqo AI assistant.
Does player data update on its own?
Yes. Club and matches update on the 1st and 15th of each month, and stats every time you open them.
Who can see the documents?
Only you. They're encrypted on your device and only open with your access key. The AI never accesses them.
What if I stop following a player?
You can hide them. Their deals, tasks and activities are kept, and you can see them again with “Show hidden”.
