What people ask most about voice reports.
How long can a report be?
Up to two minutes. In one report you can cover several things at once: activities, tasks and events.
Is the recording stored?
No, never. Only the transcript and summary are saved, and only you can see them.
Does it create new players or clubs?
No. It links what you say to the players, clubs and sponsors you already have in wiqo.
What if it gets something wrong?
Before anything is saved you see what it found. If something's off, record it again. You can also edit the activity afterwards.
Does it work on mobile and desktop?
Yes, on both, and everything stays in sync.
